Extends AgentleException
Exception thrown when a tool execution fails.
This exception is not retryable—the tool implementation or arguments need to be fixed.
Example usage:
if (error instanceof ToolExecutionException e) {
log.error("Tool {} failed: {}", e.toolName(), e.getMessage());
}
